It w...I tried sculpey a few years ago and hated it. It was very different from the ceramic clay bodies and modeling clays I am used to. It was very stiff, and prone to cracking. I gave up on it until a couple of weeks ago when I decided try it for christmas ornaments. I decided I was asking the material to do something it wasn't designed to do when I first tried it. I thought simple shaped cartoony things would not get me frustrated and were more suited to the material. My ornaments turned out great, a piggy from the Invader Zim cartoon, a Plankton and Patrick from the Spongebob cartoon, and a few others.
